By downloading, installing, or using the Vault Rush ("App"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Vault Rush is a mobile application that offers users the opportunity to participate in skill-based mathematical challenges against other users. Users can earn rewards based on their performance in these challenges.
Registration: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Skill-Based Nature: All challenges within the App are based on mathematical problems designed to test users' skills.
Rewards: Users may earn rewards based on their performance. The distribution of rewards is determined solely by user performance and adherence to the challenge rules.
Game Disconnection Policy: If a player leaves a game for any reason before the result is determined, the game will be considered a loss for that player.
Entry Fees: Some challenges may require an entry fee, which will be clearly specified.
Payouts: Winners will receive rewards as specified in the challenge details.
Service Fee: The App retains a 5% service fee from the total winnings of each game challenge, with the remaining 95% of the winnings awarded to the winner. This fee may be adjusted at the sole discretion of the App owner, HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd, without prior notice.
Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd.
License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Right to Terminate: HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
Termination of User Account: If your account is terminated, you will forfeit any remaining winnings or points in your account, and you will no longer be eligible to participate in future challenges or cash out any rewards.
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Venue: Legal proceedings will be held in the courts of New South Wales, Australia (or the state where your company is registered).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Modification of Points and Fees: HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the arrangement for converting points to cash and the 5% commission fee at any time, without prior notice, in order to enhance user experience or meet business objectives.
Purchases: Vault Rush allows users to purchase in-app currency ("Game Score") using real money.
Conversion to Cash: Winning players receive 95% of the total Game Score, which can be withdrawn. The remaining 5% is retained by the App as a service fee. This arrangement may be subject to change at the sole discretion of HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd.
Virtual Items: Virtual items may be offered for purchase but have no real-world value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable.
Disclosure: Odds of winning loot box items will be disclosed prior to purchase.
Compliance: Designed to comply with laws regarding chance-based rewards.
Commitment: Features like self-exclusion, spending limits, and reminders support responsible use.
Resources: Users are encouraged to seek help for any gaming-related issues.
Informal Resolution: Users must first contact support to resolve disputes.
Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be handled via binding arbitration under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).
HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, government regulations, or technical failures.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from their use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, with no warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user found to be in violation of these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity, including cheating or using unauthorized third-party software to manipulate the game.
Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of their user-generated content, but by uploading or submitting content, they grant HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display it.
Prohibited Content: Users agree not to post, upload, or share any content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd will take reasonable measures to protect user data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security of user data and are not liable for any data breaches caused by external factors.
Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party payment processor used for transactions within the App. HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment services.
Users may be required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures when withdrawing winnings. HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd reserves the right to request identification documents and delay or refuse withdrawals if it suspects fraudulent activity.
HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd reserves the right to discontinue any service or feature of the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including to improve the App or in response to regulatory or legal changes.
Users outside of Australia agree to comply with local laws and regulations related to gaming, virtual currencies, and online competitions. HIRAD INVESTMENT GROUP Pty Ltd is not responsible for ensuring compliance with laws in any jurisdiction other than Australia.
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
These Terms represent the entire agreement between the user and Vault Rush.
